Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed against any performance. Contact the Box Office to purchase.

Can I buy a membership as a gift?

Yes! Theatre makes a great gift. Just get in touch with our Box Office team and they’ll help you set up a membership in someone else’s name.

Are there age restrictions on performances?

Some shows have age guidance or restrictions. These will be clearly listed on the show page. If they are not listed, please get in contact with us and we will find out for you.

Can I hire the venue?

Yes, our spaces are available for hire for performances, conferences, weddings and more. Visit the Venue Hire page.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled. Exchanges may be possible. Please contact the Box Office for details. Just reach out to our team at boxoffice@newtheatreroyal.com or call 02392 649000.
