Students from local performing arts school, Abstract Dance & Performing Arts will be joining the star-studded line up for our family Christmas play, Santa Claus – The Musical this December.
Sixteen students, aged between 9-11 years old, will share the stage with the likes of A1’s Mark Read and Eurovision contestant Nicki French to play the part of the elves in Santa Claus – The Musical.
Based in Portsmouth, Abstract Dance & Performing Arts is known for providing high class, professional and educational-focused tuition to hundreds of dancers, aged from 18 months to adults.
With over 100 classes running each week in acrobatics, dance, drama, singing, music and teacher training, the award-winning performing arts school has gone from strength to strength in the last year. In October 2016 three new Abstract schools were opened in Purbrook, Horndean and Southsea in celebration of Abstract’s fifth anniversary.
Abstract Dance & Performing Arts Founder, Amber Leigh Mitchell commented, “We are honoured to be providing the children’s chorus for Santa Claus – The Musical.
