New Theatre Royal presents The Found Hour!
On 24th October, venues across the city will open up their doors for tours, workshops, exhibitions and performances to celebrate this year’s annual Found Hour as part of the National Family Arts Festival.
Some of the brilliant activities on offer include New Theatre Royal’s lab associate, Jon Adams’ Democracy Street, a poetry reading with Sam Cox, a sand timer workshop on HMS Warrior and light performances at Emirates Spinnaker Tower.
New Theatre Royal will be giving members of the public the opportunity to see behind the curtain as the newly restored historic theatre opens its doors for two free tours of the new backstage area and Minghella space – click here for more details and to book your place!
Also on offer will be a New Theatre Royal film showcase on The Big Screen that will exhibit work from young people involved in previous NTR projects, and a family singing workshop led by the voice academy here in our Minghella Studio plus much much more!
